Andreas Koch-Hansen new Assiciate Editor for Astronomy and Astrophysics

Astronomy & Astrophysics (A&A), a leading international journal dedicated to the dissemination of original research across the broad spectrum of astronomical and astrophysical disciplines, announce the appointment of three new associate editors to its editorial board, incl. apl. Prof. Dr Andreas Koch-Hansen from ZAH/ARI. Andreas Koch-Hansen started his editorial duties on September 1st. His research interests cover the chemical evolution of star clusters to galaxy evolution and morphology. He has also been an integral part of large-scale surveys like 4MOST and HERON. Since obtaining his PhD from Basel University, he has held a number of positions in academia across the US and the UK before securing his permanent role at ZAH in 2017. A&A regards his vast experience as instrumental in overseeing papers related to stellar populations.
